Villa Nissi was built in 2001 on the Greek island of Alonissos, positioned
on the side of a south facing hill overlooking the sea and several distant islands.
This beautiful villa is only about 50 metres from the beach in an area known
as Glifa. It is just a 10 minute walk from the pretty natural harbour of Steni
Vala and Kalamakia where you can enjoy meals at Tavernas, drinks at local bars and shopping
at gift shops and supermarkets.

desirable property offering a high level of privacy either as a dwelling or
as a holiday base in Greece.
 THE VILLA
As a well laid out house of around 170sqm Villa Nissi has a large open plan
kitchen and dining area linked by an arch to the entrance hall, living room
and cloakroom. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer
and washing machine. The large sea facing living area leads to a shaded porch
with seating and beautiful views out to the Aegean and offers many options for
relaxing and socialising. The first floor provide 3 double bedrooms all with
attractive sea views to Steni Vala and linked access to the sun terrace and

THE GARDENS AND SURROUND AREAS
Adjacent the lane from Steni Vala, Villa in Greece sits on a large
hillside site with numerous olive trees. Pathways lead you through the garden
to four terraces and a traditional Greek barbeque. There is an outside shower
and a mixture of shaded and sunny dining areas. Across the lane just a couple of hundred metres walk away is the sheltered Glifa beach with safe bathing in the
clear Aegean waters, with a walk of only 10 minutes into the delightful Greek
harbours of Steni Vala to the south and Kalamakia to the north. Enjoy relaxing on your holiday with a drink and food
at any of the tavernas here and watching the sailing yachts and local fishing
boats in this quiet harbour. Further on are safe walks into the surrounding
Greek countryside.
